Kronen Zeitung, an Austrian newspaper, has cited MIPEX in an article about granting citizenship in Austria.
According to the paper, the Austrian Chamber of Labor is asking for an easier procedure to grant citizenship but the OVP, the Austrian Pople's party, is strongly against this kind of reform.
The article refers to MIPEX because its data have been used by SOS Mitmensch, an Austrian human rights organisation, to highlight that, despite what OVP says, the rules to obtain Austrian citizenship are some of the most stringent.
