MIPEX 2020 cited in an article published by the Niskanen Center about U.S. immigration integration policies

The Niskanen Center, a Washinton D.C. based think tank, recently cited MIPEX 2020 in an article published on its website.

The article explains what MIPEX 2020 is and refers to it as the “most comprehensive, reliable and used tool” to measure the integration policies of countries around the world.

The author, Joshua Rodriguez, focuses on the results of MIPEX 2020 concerning the U.S. immigrant integration policies and compares them with the ones of the countries that have the world's most successful immigrant integration policies. He then examines what could the U.S learn from them.

Specifically, the article focuses on three policy areas (family reunification, political participation, and permanent residency) in which the U.S. ranks particularly low.
